Always use a condom and lots of lube. Make sure you go slow - it’s best to let her control the penetration at least a first to take it all in.

Safest way to have anal sex is the same as the safest way to have sex - which is not having any. But that’s not really any fun.
So seriously. A condom is a must. For obvious STD prevention and health reasons. Also, the anus isn’t made for sex… and not every girl is comfortable and ready to let their man in there. It’s important to go very slow. Use tons of water-based lube (KY or Astroglide) and start with a finger or something small. When she’s used to that… move on to bigger and better things. Don’t force anything… pain is bad.
Also… make sure the anus is your last stop. The bacteria from the anus can cause nasty infections if it is introduced to the vagina. So. Don’t go from the back door to the front. That’s a super no no.

Don’t go into her as you might have seen in porn movies. Stick the head of your penis only and wait, wait, wait. Ask her to breathe deep and turn off her mind. Let her relax. If it works, she will get used to it, then you can push a little deeper. And so it goes. If at any moment she wants to stop it, don’t insist.
