It still better to use a condom because his urethra could become infected after being exposed to the bacteria in your anal cavity. Even if you administer an enema beforehand, some bacteria will still be present.
However, if you still choose to engage in unprotected anal sex, be sure that your boyfriend cleans his penis well with soap and water immediately following intercourse.
